Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich is leading the nation as the first to sue the Biden regime over the vaccine mandate. His case is weak because, instead of being based on the principle that government has no constitutional authority to do this, it argues that the Biden vaccine mandate discriminates against American citizens because illegal immigrants are not required to be vaccinated. [We suspect that Brnovich may be pursuing a strategy that everyone on the inside know will fail in court and, by so doing, set a legal precedent favoring mandatory vaccines. This ploy of political law suites designed to fail is a common practice in corrupted governments.] -GEG
